Privacy Policy
Effective: August 2026. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a puzzle game, we don't run ads, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
Account: your email (for passwordless sign-in) and optional display name. Gameplay: puzzles played, guesses, streaks, league memberships. Anonymous play: a random ID in a cookie links your plays before you sign up. Analytics: first-party page and gameplay events (no third-party ad trackers).
Payments
Handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
We send sign-in links and transactional messages. Optional league digests are opt-in with one-click unsubscribe.
AI processing
Support messages and puzzle reports may be processed by AI systems (the Anthropic API) to generate responses and corrections. Don't include sensitive personal information in support requests.
Your rights
Delete your account any time from the account page — it permanently removes your data. For data export or questions: support. We honor GDPR/CCPA requests.
Children
Deeplore is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
